Here a short introduction to each member of the committee for Free Test 2010:

Jørgen Austvik works with testing and QA for Sun Microsystems (subsidiary of Oracle), where has responsibilities for MySQL Cluster, which is a highly available database used in mission critical applications like telephone systems and finance systems. Jørgen has been in the software industry for eight years, the last five he has been specializing on testing. On his spare time he enjoys coding and testing on some open source projects, playing soccer end mountain biking.
Roger Evensen, working as Software Engineer at Weatherford Petroleum Consultants AS in Trondheim, Norway. Currently working on webapplications, but started out with a desktop application called Sendra. Setup of build servers, unit testing and regression testing in a CruiseControl.NET environment has also been my job description. Haven't worked that long in the IT-business, just worked full time in one and a half year. Was hired to set up a build environment, but the time has merged more and more into developing software. I am very happy to work with a lot of experienced testing people in Free Test comitee. My hobby is dancing, and right now it is ballroom dancing. Have a bit passion for web, so have taken the responsibillity for our http://Free-Test.org.
Tor Stålhane. Professor at NTNU where I do research and teaching undervisnig on safety, prosess improvement, QA and general V&V. Has been working with IT since 1969 - starting in SINTEF and then at NTNU. Started with real testing in 1970 as part of maintenance on a compilor. Hobbies: Roman and mediveal history. In addition I like Rugby Union - unfortunately just as spectator.
Øystein Sekse Øie. I'm working as a technical tester, with a main focus on security and performance testing. I've been working with testing since I graduated one and a half year ago. Besides testing, I'm very interested in sports and hunting.
Hilde Nielsen is test manager and co-owner at Kantega. She has worked within th IT business since 1992, the last 8 years with testing. After a year in France, Hilde has become slightly francohpile, loving their food, culture and language.
Frank Buarø is the manager in 'den Norske Dataforening Trøndelag' (The Norwegian Computer Society Trøndelag). Has been working within the IT-industry since 1977 within development, project management, testing, consultancy, management and marketing and sales. Interested in music (plays himself), sports and outdoor activities.
Henri van de Scheur has worked more than 20 years within the IT industry and more than 10 years within testing and general quality assurance. Three years ago he established the interest group 'Software Testing' within the Norwegian Society for the middle of Norway and has been chairman since then. In addition he is the chairman for the yearly Conference 'Free Test' (see http://free-test.org). He works as Quality Assurance Engineer at Verdande Technology AS in Trondheim, Norway.
